Privacy Policy — MultiFlip

1) Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Mateo Studios (“we”, “us”) handles information in the MultiFlip mobile game (“the App”).

2) What we collect

We do not collect, store, or share personal information.

  • No account creation or login is required.
  • We do not maintain user profiles or cloud backups.
  • Game settings and progress (e.g., sound/haptics toggles, XP/levels, badges) are stored locally on your device only.

Notes about device features used by the App:

  • Motion sensors (gyroscope/accelerometer/barometer) are used to measure flips/height during gameplay; readings are processed in-app and not sent to us.
  • Haptics/Vibration & Audio are used to provide feedback during gameplay.
  • Screenshot/Share: if you choose to share a result image, the chosen share target (e.g., messages/social apps) receives the image; we do not.
  • Local storage is used for options/achievements only; we do not upload these to our servers.

3) Advertising and third-party SDKs

The App shows in-game ads using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). While we don’t collect personal info, AdMob may collect device and usage data to serve and measure ads (e.g., identifiers, coarse location, engagement). Please review Google’s terms and privacy documentation for details and your ad-related choices (including personalization controls).

4) Children & all-ages use

MultiFlip is designed for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

5) Legal bases & location

We operate from Québec, Canada. We aim to respect applicable Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) and Québec’s privacy requirements (often referred to as Law 25). Because we do not collect personal information, many obligations (e.g., access/erasure requests) will typically not apply in practice—but you can still contact us with any questions.

6) Security

Because we do not collect personal information and do not operate back-end user databases, our primary risk surface is minimal. We nonetheless strive to ship the App with current platform security practices.

7) Your choices

  • Ad personalization: You can adjust ad personalization in your device’s system ad settings and via Google account/ad settings (where available).
  • Sharing: Using the in-app Share feature is optional; you may close the result card without sharing.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as features or requirements change. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective date” above and include changes in the app’s update notes when material.
